Return failed requests
A timeout or invalid provider result returns all credits reserved for that operation to their original wallet with their original expiry. There is no separate daily image-attempt cap: the account balance controls paid image usage. Charging, reversal, task status, and the visible balance share the same server records.

Monthly credits expire at the next monthly renewal, and annual credits expire at the next annual renewal; neither rolls over. One-time pack credits do not expire. Stripe shows the final total before confirmation.

No. Planorial results are concept images. Payment would not verify dimensions, structure, services, codes, or professional suitability, and would not turn pixels into editable CAD geometry.
Does Stripe checkout leave the Planorial page?
No. The Stripe payment form opens inside a Planorial dialog and completes there. Payment methods that require an external redirect are not offered in this checkout mode.
