# Planorial

> Planorial is a browser workspace for generating, revising, and sketching concept-stage floor-plan images for office, classroom, restaurant, and residential layouts.

Planorial is a browser workspace operated by Planorial, a company based in the United States, designed for creating illustrative, concept-stage floor-plan images. Public tools including the Generator, Editor, Office, Classroom, and Restaurant planners allow anonymous visitors to generate or revise visual layouts within current guest limits. A separate manual drawing canvas, Creator, runs locally in your browser for drafting custom geometric layouts and importing supported reference files without automated professional verification. AI-generated results are concept images rather than interactive 3D models, editable CAD geometry, or construction documents. The platform does not provide public APIs, live collaboration, appointment booking, desk reservations, occupancy tracking, building-code approval, or structural certification. Technical support and privacy requests are managed via support@planorial.com without requiring registration, while registered users may also submit account tickets.

Each Generate, Edit, or Render image request on Planorial costs 3 credits for Blueprint, 4 credits for 2.5D, and 5 credits for 3D Isometric. Visitors receive up to 10 daily credits resetting each US Eastern calendar day at midnight America/New_York; unused daily credits expire without rollover, though signing in carries over any remaining daily allowance without adding a secondary grant. Daily and paid balances cannot be combined toward a single task. The server reserves credits prior to third-party generation, returning reserved amounts to the originating wallet with original expiration if an error or timeout occurs. Starter previews and image downloads incur zero credits. Signed-out users retain recent generation history only within the current page session, whereas signed-in accounts store up to 9 recent results for 30 days via server records and browser storage fallbacks. History is not permanent project storage or a promise of cross-device access. Download results you need to keep.

## Workflow details

Planning an interior layout on Planorial begins by selecting the appropriate tool for your project requirements. When conceptualizing commercial workspaces, the dedicated Office generator structures layouts using explicit boundary inputs, including footprint length and width or total area measured in feet or metres. Users designate layout configurations, necessary shared spaces such as meeting rooms and quiet areas, a workstation target between 1 and 200 workstations, and an optional brief up to 1680 characters. The workstation target is a request input, not a verified capacity calculation, and the Office tool does not accept uploaded image files. If you possess an existing floor-plan graphic requiring revision, navigate instead to the Editor, or launch the Creator canvas to draft vector lines manually. Visual presentation options including Blueprint, 2.5D, and 3D Isometric generate static raster images reflecting distinct artistic perspectives rather than interactive, navigable 3D models or CAD files.

Submitting an image request initiates a credit check against your active balance before dispatching instructions to third-party artificial intelligence engines. Requests consume 3 credits for Blueprint, 4 credits for 2.5D, and 5 credits for 3D Isometric imagery. Registered users can refine descriptive text using the automated prompt enhancement tool, which consumes no image credits and permits up to 20 daily attempts per US Eastern calendar day. Free starter previews require no credit expenditure. Before provider processing commences, the platform temporarily reserves the necessary credits; if a reserved request ends unsuccessfully or times out, the reserved credits automatically return to their originating wallet under their original expiration date. Because generation processing is asynchronous, exact delivery durations cannot be guaranteed, and automatic credit restorations do not equate to monetary cash refunds. Users are advised to review displayed credit quotes and current wallet balances prior to submitting iterative requests.

Generated images represent conceptual visual drafts that may contain architectural inaccuracies, misaligned furniture dimensions, or distorted clearances. To objectively compare alternative space plans, keep footprint dimensions and target desk counts fixed while altering one variable, such as zoning orientation or circulation routes. Available results can be directly downloaded as raster image files, and AI image results do not contain editable CAD, DWG, or BIM geometry. All structural measurements, egress corridors, ADA accessibility standards, and fire safety compliance require independent evaluation by qualified professionals. Prompts pass through the server to the configured third-party AI provider; Edit and Render also send the source image. Provider retention, review, and training depend on its terms, so avoid sensitive personal or building-security details. Office form drafts use sessionStorage in the current browser tab; drafts older than one hour are not restored. This is separate from generated-image History. Signed-out History stays in the current page session. Signed-in account History preserves up to 9 images across 30 days; however, expiry from History does not trigger universal deletion across server logs or provider backups.

For manual layout work, Creator provides a browser drawing canvas with the current project saved locally in that browser. Creator enables manual wall layout, architectural labeling, and importing supported JSON, SVG, or DXF subsets alongside raster reference images within the displayed import limits. Manual geometry still needs independent measurement and professional review. If you already hold raster floor plans in PNG, JPEG, or WebP formats, the Editor allows you to apply brush or rectangular boundary highlights to steer natural-language AI modifications. When higher generation volume is needed, registered users can purchase monthly or annual subscriptions or standalone credit packs via secure Stripe checkout dialogs. Monthly subscription allowances expire at monthly renewal dates, while annual plans grant full credits upfront expiring at yearly renewal, neither allowing unused credit rollover. One-time credit packs do not expire. Cancellation stops future renewals; credits already granted keep their recorded expiry. Submit only materials you have rights to use. Output rights remain subject to applicable law and provider terms; exclusivity and universal commercial-use rights are not guaranteed. For account inquiries, billing assistance, or technical troubleshooting, users can contact support@planorial.com or submit authenticated support tickets.
