Current contact method. The only support entry Planorial currently publishes is Settings → Support Tickets. It may require a signed-in account. Planorial has not published a support email, phone number, postal address, office, live-chat channel, or guaranteed response time.

1. Current support route

Use Settings → Support Tickets for a product question, account issue, privacy request, error report, or question about the pre-launch Pricing page. Tickets and replies are handled through the account support area when that feature is available in the current deployment.

If you cannot sign in, there is not yet a separate public contact route to substitute for Support Tickets. This limitation should be resolved before commercial launch; this page does not provide an invented email address or person.

2. What to include in a ticket

Include only the information needed to understand the request:

  • a short subject that identifies the feature or account issue;
  • the action you were taking, such as Generate, Edit, Render, Download, or History;
  • the result you expected and what happened instead;
  • the browser and device type when the problem appears technical; and
  • a screenshot with private plan details removed, if a visual example is necessary.

Do not submit a password, authentication code, full payment-card number, identification document, access code, confidential building-security detail, or another person's floor plan without permission.

3. Privacy and account requests

Use Support Tickets to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, account closure, or another privacy action that may apply where you live. State the requested action clearly. Planorial may need to verify the account holder or an authorized representative before acting.

The current account settings do not provide every self-service privacy or deletion control. The Privacy Policy explains current processing, providers, retention limits, and available choices in more detail.

4. Pricing and billing questions

Monthly and annual subscriptions and one-time credit packs are available from the Pricing page through embedded Stripe checkout. For a billing question, include the account email, approximate purchase time, selected plan or pack, and the Stripe receipt or invoice reference. Do not send a full card number or security code.

Active subscriptions can be reviewed or canceled from Billing. For a duplicate charge, payment failure, refund question, or missing credits, open a Support Ticket so the order and Stripe event can be traced safely.

5. What Planorial support cannot provide

Planorial support does not provide emergency assistance, architectural or engineering services, surveying, code approval, accessibility certification, legal advice, permit review, cost estimating, or construction instructions. A generated floor plan is a concept image and must not be treated as a measured CAD drawing or construction document.

For a project involving safety, structure, services, accessibility, permits, property boundaries, or construction, use qualified local professionals and the relevant authorities.

6. Published contact status

Planorial is maintained by the Planorial product team. The product has not published a legal entity name, postal address, phone number, named representative, public support email, support hours, or service-level commitment. Those facts must be added when they are established; no placeholder should be mistaken for an active contact channel.

Review the About Planorial page for the current product scope and the Terms of Service for acceptable use and responsibility boundaries.
