# Planorial

> Planorial is a browser workspace for generating, revising, and sketching concept-stage floor-plan images for office, classroom, restaurant, and residential layouts.

Planorial is a browser workspace operated by Planorial, a company based in the United States, designed for creating illustrative, concept-stage floor-plan images. Public tools including the Generator, Editor, Office, Classroom, and Restaurant planners allow anonymous visitors to generate or revise visual layouts within current guest limits. A separate manual drawing canvas, Creator, runs locally in your browser for drafting custom geometric layouts and importing supported reference files without automated professional verification. AI-generated results are concept images rather than interactive 3D models, editable CAD geometry, or construction documents. The platform does not provide public APIs, live collaboration, appointment booking, desk reservations, occupancy tracking, building-code approval, or structural certification. Technical support and privacy requests are managed via support@planorial.com without requiring registration, while registered users may also submit account tickets.

Each Generate, Edit, or Render image request on Planorial costs 3 credits for Blueprint, 4 credits for 2.5D, and 5 credits for 3D Isometric. Visitors receive up to 10 daily credits resetting each US Eastern calendar day at midnight America/New_York; unused daily credits expire without rollover, though signing in carries over any remaining daily allowance without adding a secondary grant. Daily and paid balances cannot be combined toward a single task. The server reserves credits prior to third-party generation, returning reserved amounts to the originating wallet with original expiration if an error or timeout occurs. Starter previews and image downloads incur zero credits. Signed-out users retain recent generation history only within the current page session, whereas signed-in accounts store up to 9 recent results for 30 days via server records and browser storage fallbacks. History is not permanent project storage or a promise of cross-device access. Download results you need to keep.
